Noez goes leader [ET]

As Papi left us for +LKD+ I found we needed a new strong leader, Noez was the best in Cranky's opinion, which I totally follow him in.
Congratulations to Noez!
I'm pretty sure he'll do just fine.
Ofcourse this is not to be taken offensive if you're like, "why not me?", it's totally mine and Cranky's opinion, if you really want to know why it's not you, I'll give you the main reason.
Noez was roar's first member, thus he's the longest in the clan, and everyone likes him, simple as it is.
