I would like to request someone get me a config,
The config is all PERFORMANCE ENHANCING,
Reduce ping, lag etc etc, at any cost. [As long as it doesn't touch other programs that is]
2. Any offline et bots?
Wanna hone rifling without the need to go online and lag-owned every time :<

About the config, google is your friend
About the second question, start a local homehost server, install omnibot and you'll do it.
