300+ ping in ANY SERVER

With everything set to low etc etc,
I can;t play the game like this D:

Any ideas on what to do

format c: is the best option available for Windows.

You're out of luck, everyone from that continent (Asia, Oceania) has 300+ Ping in USA servers.

F|A seems to have least lag for the players playing there however.
There are many players playing from hongkong, sydney and shit, and they have about 200ping there in F|A.

Try there and see how its like.
